Hey am using hp computer which has 2GB ram and 320hard drive storage now it can't open the game Euro truck simulator 2 wat should I do? Help me

What you SHOULD have done is have read the game requirements -- as it requires 4GB of memory minimum -- and you only have 2GB.  So, it's not going to work -- and lack of a case number has NOTHING to do with this.

Tell us what your product number is so I can look up what you have. Then we can see if its worth upgrading or not.

Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H/HP Help and Support/HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The 7 digit Product Number will be listed in both those places.
