OK thanks.

You mentioned you reinstalled the OCC. Did you also update Windows?

Go to All Settings>Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button, even if it shows its up to date.

There should be some updates that are needed to make it work.

If it does find some, then reboot the PC.

Then go to Services from the Search bar and scroll to HP Omen HSA and make sure its set to Running Automatic.

Try the command center again.

Oh god I struggled a lot thanks. It was HP omen HSA causing error. Resolved now
