Same issue with me. Omen 400 mouse and HP p077tx laptop. windows 10.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the mouse lag when connected to the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • Is the issue happening only when the mouse is connected?
  • Have you checked with a different mouse?

Meanwhile, I recommend update the USB driver from the device manager and check if it helps.

 

Here is how it is done.

  1. Open Start.
  2. Search for Device Manager and click the top result to open the experience.
  3. Double-click the category with the device you want to update.
  4. Right-click the device, and select the Update Driver option.
  5. Click the Search automatically for updated driver software option.
