Hello, i download the omen command center from microsoft store, i launch the program and it only display me a black screen with only a sign up thing. when i sign up it does nothing. The serial number of my computer is 5CD8293680

Your model number is OMEN by HP 15-dc0009nf.

Your Omen should have come with the Omen Command Center (OCC) already and it will update automatically.

Try this, go to windows All Settings > Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button, even if it shows its up to date. Run it a couple of times until there are no more found. Reboot the laptop and try the OCC again.
