What model you have exactly? Look up the product number in the HP Support Assistant and post back.

OK Thanks. Your model is OMEN by HP - 15-ce020tx.

The reason your model isn't showing lighting adjustments is because your system didn't come with RGB lighting. You would have to have one of the newer models to obtain that. I'm sorry.
