Re: Overheating issue and warranty apparently expired? No response from HP!!

I have the same warranty issue.  My laptop is running fine so far.  However, the warranty is listed as expired the EXACT day I first received the laptop.  Ridiculous.  And now my email dispute to support with attached purchase order has gone unanswered in over a month, besides the automated "Do not reply" bot generated email they send immediately.  Case number 5047921121, in case forum moderators are in any way more diligent than customer support seems to be.
