@Pmansfield

Please post the full model or Product number when posting. Thanks.

If I know the specs, I can look up the actual power supply its supposed to come with.

If you purchased from a big box store like Walmart and its new, take it back for a replacement or refund.

Otherwise, you will need to contact HP Support for a warranty issue. They might send you another one without sending the whole thing back to them. But I'm not sure what they will do exactly.

It is a 15 inch and it is model number 15-CE198WM i can not return it due to it being the last one and when i opened the box it came with a 135 watt. it is charging but i dont think it keeps up when gaming.  its has a 4.5mm barrel with a blue tip

Then you will need to contact HP Support for warranty help and get the proper power supply.

It should be the 200w adapter.
