I have omen 15-ax001ne that have 128gb ssd and 1tb hard disk can i upgrad the 128 gb ssd to 512gb ssd keeping the 1tb hard disk

Yes you can. Be sure to create your hp recovery media first. It might also help to disconnect the HDD  during the installation of windows.
