I am in the same situation. Order a 17 inch, black keyboard on Dec 13th. On Dec 30th I got a 15 inch, white keyboard that was supposed to go to someone in Houston (I live in PA). Called the number 8889994747 where the CSR opened a case and spoke to case supervisor. Took calls over 2 days, 30th and 31st to get to that point. I returned the delivered, wrong laptop on 31st. HP got it on 1/4 but still cannot find out where mine is. It is all paid for and thet have no idea. Starting to get frustrating. Would rather have laptop than call credit credit to dispute charge for undelivered item.
