Omen Laptop

When I turn on my computer it goes straight to this recovery manager thing and I’ve clicked on everything and tried everything and I don’t know what to do any thoughts

Hello @SwiftFury101

Does your Omen have a model or product number on the bottom of the case? It would help if we know what it is.

Can you access anything during startup like the bios or UEFI Diagnostics?

On power-on, rapidly tap the F2 key for diagnostics. IF it comes up, navigate to Component Tests and run the hard drive tests.

Do the Quick Test first. If nothing is found, run the Extensive Test.

What happens?

If you cannot access anything from power-on, about all you can do is reinstall Windows via the USB method...

Create media Windows 10 You can create a usb installer from another Windows 10 PC onto an 8GB stick.

If installing Windows fails, the hard drive will need to be replaced.
