Hello, I just recently got my laptop but a red dot has appeared on my screen. I notice it appeared when I watched a video with flashing colors and has been there for about 3 days. On white, it turns green and barely visible. But on black or darker colors, it is a bright red. I have tried 'massaging' it away, using that same video and other methods of flashing colors to energize the pixel again but it has not worked. Is there a way to solve this without having to return my laptop? I need it for work and school. Thanks in advance.20200823_183528.jpg
