HP hasn't done a very good job of giving complete specs on this series. I cannot find any definite spec info in HP's database on that model. I was able to pinpoint a little information and can only make a deduction based on that. Only the models with an RTX 2070 and RTX 2080 have G-Sync enabled panels which is the 144Hz screen. Since your model only has a GTX 1660ti, I can only assume its the 60Hz panel.
