Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - Using HP Pavilion (product number : 8WE65PA#ACJ) recently have some updates, after that update

Facing Issue : Normally battery gets charged fast, but it takes nearly a day to get fully charged

(Issue exists even after trying out this solution : Uninstalling the particular driver & update)

I understand that you are facing a charging issue.

 

Please try the below: 

Steps to uninstall the ACPI drivers 

Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Batteries>then select the s drivers and right-click on it and uninstall all battery drivers. 

Then restart the computer and check again. 

 

Link for battery testing and calibration 

 

Also, please update the BIOS.
