Hello there

All I wanted to know is that is it possible to buy a warranty extension for my laptop which is 1 and a half year old and the standard warranty ended exactly 6 months ago on March 2020. The support in HP had no clear answer for this. i had already posted the same query but the answer I received was not from a person working in HP. I tried every way possible to contact them but no reply. Please do help me out here. I am requesting a moderator to step in and have HP contact me so that I can ask them questions about extending the warranty.

Hi

Thank you for the response sir. It was so helpful.

I visited the site and found out that my device was not fit for any kind of care pack warranty. This was the message that showed up was this ;

'Based on your product's warranty no Care Pack options apply, however time & materials services and possible contractual offerings may be available – please contact HP Support for details.'

What does that mean and how should I further contact the support?

It will be really helpful if you provide me the details of it sir.

Thank you

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
