How do I contact the repair center at 4051 N Hwy 121 in Grapevine, TX?  I had my laptop in for repair including the power adapter.  When they returned the laptop back to me, they failed to return the power adapter.  Now I have a laptop that is completely useless with no way of charging it.  I have contacted HP Support regarding this matter at least twice with no results.  All they have done is open case numbers and then close them.  This laptop still has 30 months of warranty remaining.  If HP cannot provide the power adapter, then I need to find out if I can just return the laptop for a full refund since the laptop is virtually useless now.
