I have called multiple different people to order the part from HP including tech support, parts store, and bussiness department, and co-partners(I need a new display because mine is already going out (hardware fault) after only three months.). Here are the results of my calls :
Case: [edited] - I talked to this man for a good while to work out a plan after him repeatedly telling me "Sir i have reason to believe that your screen on your laptop is not damaged due to your own physical means" (i just sent evidence and have proof that it was hardware (it was in bios)). Eventually he offered to let me send it in of which i cant due to it being a work pc.
Case: [edited] - I talked to a women this time who was much more proffesional and inquired her about ordering a replacement part based off of my recent case. She said that HP refuses to offer a replacement part for my pc including the display (the only part i needed) albeit my warranty or offered money.
Case: N/A - I called without a case for the last time and after telling him how all i need to order is this specific part all i was told was that he has access to helping order spare parts, he left accordingly.
In the end im lost and it seems that i have no hope to fix my display
.
If anyone can help me manage to get a hold of this part that would be fantastic.

I will also add...
the Omen panel is available in the HP Store (at least if you're in the USA).
I checked and it is in stock at the moment.
I checked other places I order panels from and no one but HP apparently has it in stock.
I doubt you will get one sent to you free for warranty. You would have to send the laptop back to HP to have it checked out so they can determine the cause of failure. Just no way around that.
Otherwise you would have to pay the price to buy one yourself.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

That is exactly what i was looking for! Its a pretty penny though...
Thanks for finding that for some reason i couldnt, but ill see if there is any special arangement i can get for the display, and if not i guess ill get to saving. Currently broke due to school 😞

I think the price is outrageous but it is what it is.
I would periodically check this store to see if it comes back in stock...
