Hello! Recently, my Omen started to flicker, it's still fairly young at 3 years old and I would like to keep it for a few more years, especially in these hard financial times. I'm trying to find a replacement screen for my HP OMEN 17-an0xx because I don't think it's a driver issue, it's more of a hardware issue. 

 

My OMEN is fine when it's on for a long time, but when I turn it off and on, the screen becomes different colours and when I move the actual screen on the laptop, it sometimes changes colour and flickers. I don't want to replace this laptop or go somewhere to get it fixed because of the current crisis, but I can't find any replacement LCD screens for 3840 x 2160. 

 

Does anyone know where I can get one, or where I can get this serviced, or if I can send it back to the manufacturer to have the screen fixed?

If you look at the section titled "Display" you can order it from HP directly.  Also, you can use the HP Part # to find it from another seller.  I suggest that you check them out carefully before ordering, however.

Do you know if it's the 1920 x 1080 display or the 3840 x 2160? @Old_geekster

@CloudComputing, I believe that it will be 3840x2160 since that is in the Specifications: 17.3" diagonal 4K IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit (3840 x 2160)

 

The one in HP PartSurfer is a replacement.
