I have this problem that’s keeps occurring and I don’t know how to fix it, I tried so many methods such as using the command prompt, usb recovery, or forcing it and everytime i do it a message appears saying “there was a problem resetting this pc. No changes were made” I feel like it’s saying this because I have a certain file installed, idk please help.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you perform a recovery on the computer following the steps in the below article and check whether the issue is resolved.
