Good day

 I bought my omen by hp-15-ce198wm gaming laptop last month. 1st issue i encounter was omen command center and hp support, everytime i turn on the laptop during log in windows pop up it says omen command center bad image, after log in,also in desktop another windows pop up it says hp support bad image. So i consult facebook hp support for this issue, they advice pc reset, so done it and it works for the two issue.but after that new issue came out, everytime i right click on desktop it will freeze 1 to 2 mins. And i cant click icon all programs in desktop. I done several times pc reset still same result right click freeze.

Hope someone can help me this one. One more issue, all my games before are all working, now few are working other have some errors.

IF you are having errors after doing a complete HP recovery of the OS, I would contact HP Support for warranty issues.

Sounds like a hardware issue.
