Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Few days ago I bought HP OMEN 17(i7, rtx 3060, 144Hz). At first everything worked fine, but when connecting the external battery into the current, I found that there was a short circuit and ejection of the power fuse. I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem?
