Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guys,

I just got a new laptop yesterday and spent the evening configuring it.  Victus 16 with SSD.
I downloaded the updates, including a BIOS update that was automatic, and started debloating a bit before bed.  Closed through the power options and left it in the table.

Woke up this morning to a SMART error. With no idea what it was, I hit F2 to "continue configuration" which booted me in as normal, but the more I read about the error the more I worry about my SSD being faulty or broken.

That being said, I ran the HP diagnostic checks, both quick and long forms, and everything came back PASSED.  On top of that, the error never appeared again (rebooted a few times to check).

Could it have simply been due to the BIOS update?  Or should I return the laptop and ask for a replacement?
