So, my Laptop is Hp pavilion 15-dk0007nm (7GQ91EA) and the question is whether it is possible to insert an SSD with a PCIe 4.0 interface And also whether it would work at full speed (R/W 7000/5000MB/s)

It has 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now. You can use PCIe 4 SSD but it won't run at that speed. You can use a tool called CPU-Z to see what is its current controller.
