Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

First, I would like to know if i can change the HDD of my computer for a SSD ? 

If yes, is the "SSD Crucial MX500 500 Go 3D NAND (2,5 pouces / 7mm)"  compatible with my product ? 

 

ps: "Crucial" does not have my product reference in their data base, and can not confirm me that.
