Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The sequential read/write speed of the SSD of the HP Omen laptop purchased by me is 3000-3500 MB/s as checked on CrystalDIskMark and UserBenchmark. The authorized HP store assures that the sequential read/write speeds should be 7450/6900 MB/s.

I had raised a ticket with HP support but they closed the ticket without assigning any reason. I am being ghosted by the HP customer care and also the store where i purchased the laptop from. I am clueless.

What should be the SSD sequential read/write speeds of the HP Omen laptop? How to get it rectified?
