Hi:

Your notebook's M.2 slot is PCIe Gen 3.

A Gen 4 SSD will work but it will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from a PCIe Gen 3.0 SSD slot.

Hi:

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that your notebook has two memory slots and can support a maximum of 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

You can install DDR4-3200 memory for example, but it is only going to run at a max speed of 2400 MHz.

HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 256 GB in the model series.

The drive capacities listed in the service manual are normally just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

I don't see any reason why you would not be able to install a 500 GB or 1 TB NVMe SSD, but I cannot 100% guarantee a larger capacity SSD would work,

Hey Rizkyajisaputra

Jogi here.

I have found an older post by someone who did have the same question.

Look at Riddle-Decipher's posts.
