SUDDEN FPS DROPS

Product Name: Pavilion 17-AB001NT (W7R28EA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought this computer at October 2016 and I had  fps drop problem since then. In February 2017 sent it to the service and they changed my computer and sent me new one but new one have same problem. I sent it again and they updated graphic drivers and bios, recovered system and they did the benchmark test and said: compared with equivalent computers and doesn't have any hardware problems. But i still have same problem. I tried everything (uninstall and install drivers, geforce experience optimization, nvidia control panel, turn off xbox dvr, power options...). Before i send it again i wanted to ask it here. Can someone help me for this problem?

Also, when i run the game in power saver or balanced options i don't see fps drops but this time starting the heating and fps decreasing. In high performance option fps regularly drops.

This is my computer specs:

Re: SUDDEN FPS DROPS

Heyy!

I think your problem is that the CPU is 100% in use. I'm not sure because I'm not familair with the program you used in your video. I saw next to the CPU temperature a 100% sometimes when you had your framedrops.  I have this issue with my games sometimes too. I solve this problem by doing my laptop in the charger or to close some other programs.

I hope this may help you with your issue.

With kind regards,

Fleur
