Hi, my laptop is still assembling (for a month now) as per HP's order status portal.
The new estimated delivery date is 7th Jan. I am moving to a different state on 11th Jan. I want to avoid having delivaery to my old address after I am departed. Is there any way I can disable shipment for a specific period of time?
I don't want to cancel the order as I got a really sweet deal on cyber Monday. Please let me know what I can do in this situation.
I am not able to reach any 'human' customer service agent via phone.

We cannot help with delivery options - we are not a department in HP and the HP Store Customer Service does not interact with our user Community.
Anything that can be done must be addressed with the HP Store Customer Service department.
We simply don't have any way to influence the process one way or the other.
Phone / Chat / Email are listed as support options in my region (Western USA).
Hopefully at least one of these are available in your area and will work for you.
