I bought my laptop 2 years ago and it performs well and gives smooth performance in gaming,designing,etc.but recently past 2 months i am facing this screen flickering problem,day by day this flickering is increasing,I connected with external display it works good on external display.Now what is the problem i am facing in screen and how to cure this,please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

If the problem does not happen on an external monitor, then its most likely something physical with the built in monitor.

Usually, either the ribbon cable is bad, there is a loose connection for the cable, or the monitor itself is going out.
