Hello

My laptop keeps freezing while playing (some games) and goes into a blank screen with buzzing noise in the background

i have no idea why this is happening

Sounds like your video card is having issues.  Have you tried updating the video drivers to the latest version?

If you need to update it, do a clean install of the driver by uninstalling the older one first. Nvidia will give you that option during the setup.

IF its already up to date, uninstall it and reinstall and see if it continues to crash.

i'll do that if it happens again .. i think the intel update helper was conflicting with windows updates so i removed intel one

Yes, those other updaters can just cause issues sometimes. Best to leave those out.
