Product: HP Pavillion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I have had problems recently with this HP Pavilion 15 (Now fixed Wi-Fi issues). I have tried numerous times to speak with HP Support but to no avail they have not helped me at all. My problem is my computer has a consistent FPS drop while I game. For example, I would be playing Fortnite and my game would drop to below 15 FPS then back up to 60 for a few seconds then repeat (Yes the charger is connected). As you could guess this is a very infuriating performance issue for this product. I have checked my drivers, restarted, checked solutions on forums etc. Not only do I have that issue but my laptop screen randomly goes black. It is not an overheating issue, I checked updated my graphics drivers, and HP Support doesn't seem to help. Although sometimes the screen will come back and sometimes it will not. However, sometimes the screen comes back on and is in green, purple, and other colorblind mode like colors. I have tried to find another person with such performance/screen issues but it seems I am the first. Thank you for reading and helping if you do!
