Product: OMEN by HP - 17-an053nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery failed after 1 and half year replaced it but the new one failed too, it wont recharge,always have to plugin to power. Now few weeks ago, the screen damaged it showed vertical strips and then went complete black after few days. Is there some problem with this gaming laptop version or is it just my laptop problem.
