@Vexen, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Update Drivers

Update graphics and chipset drivers via Device Manager or HP Support Assistant.

Run System File Check

Open Command Prompt (Admin) and type: sfc /scannow

Check Power Settings

Adjust power settings in Settings > System > Power & Battery. Make sure it's not set to turn off too soon.

Check battery health using the battery report command: powercfg /batteryreport

Run Memory Test

Open Windows Memory Diagnostic and run a memory check.

Check for Malware

Run a full scan with Windows Defender or another antivirus tool.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
