My laptop screen goes balck and white and suddenly colourful lines appear ... My laptop has never fallen or nor any damges on screen .... I don't know why it is happening.. I need an urgent solution as i need to work on my project

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?
  • Have you checked the display on an external monitor?

Let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.

Last time it perfectly worked before an year... 

Now completely not working and 

I have checked on External monitor... It is perfectly working...

The same goes with BIOS mode ... Screen doesn't show any thing except colours as mentioned above and as shown in images
