Hello @Unkorn17

What is the model of HP computer this happened on?

Usually the only fix that works is to reinstall Windows. I don't what model you have so I cant say if you have a recovery partition or not.

There are several tutorials on the web explaining some of the things you can do to try resolving the error.

For example: https://www.technology.org/2017/11/14/7-ways-fix-stuck-in-windows-automatic-repair-loop/. Note that doing a Reset or Refresh will remove any installed programs you have added.

Personally I prefer doing a clean install with the Create media Windows 10 tool and a usb drive.

Let me know what you have and if you need to reinstall Windows and need the instructions on how to do it.
