Personally, I would never recommend a laptop to play.
After that depends on what you expect from a "gammer" laptop
If it is not too demanding games, which do not need "a big configuration, that could be suitable!
But for me this model is not a Gammer computer
There is a 5400tr hard drive with only 8GB of memory etc.
You should know your budget, and know exactly what you need (what types of games?)

Thanks for replying on my query.

I would like to know your views on which laptop to buy .

Reason of buying laptop:

1) I will use it for coding on platforms like pycharm(IDE),Codechef, Hakkerank etc.

2) have a thought of doing video editing

3)Machine learning related things

Ok, given the large number of models, I can't tell you what to take.
But I can advise you on how to find what you need ..
In addition I do not know the requirements of your software!
If your budget is limited, you will not be able to follow what I indicate, do as close as possible, or if possible put some money aside if it is not urgent!
Search and compare rates on the net, you can have promotions
So ask yourself the disk space you need if you are making video you need space!
The best would be to have an SSD disk, minimum 256 GB (if two disks installed) and a HDD minimum 500 GB (complete with an external disk if necessary)
At least you need 16 GB of memory, you can take less, but it may be difficult if need to add more.
Check what is recommended for the graphics card with the best performing software, and try to take a model above
