Don't know much about laptops thats why im here, Just wanted to do does The HP OMen 17-w010ca support room for a second HDD? (and where could i find this information) 2. How much would a used version on this laptop go for right now.

If you mean, can you add a 2nd mechanical 2.5 inch HDD, no. It only has the connection for one and your model came with a 1TB HDD.

You can however add an M.2 SSD. It will use either SATA or NVMe types.

My personal preference on type or brand would be to use what ever you find on a good sale. I prefer Samsung or Crucial but also have had good luck with Kingston.
