I sent in my omen 16 laptop a week and a half ago for an hardware repair. Recently it said it would come back 9/15, now it changed to 10/03. Anybody who has gotten a hardware repair on their laptops how long does it take? ( Sent it in because it kept randomly shutting off while playing and it wouldn’t turn back on after )
