Product: hp omen 15,6 gaming laptop I7 128gb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone.

My screen broke and I was trying to get the serial number to find the right part, but any of HP tools to show me that is working. Support Assist, troubleshooting etc. Even using CMD WMIC GET BIOS SERIALNUMBER as I found in many tutorials, it didn´t work.

The computer doesn´t have a label, the battery is inside, in the box and papers I couldn´t find it.

Someone can help me?

You do not need s/n to find part. All you need is product/model number. Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine


           https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
