I need service for my laptop its been 1 year since I bought it. It is in warranty. My laptop fans has dust I cleaned from out side but inside I am unable to do it. My product is in warranty so service cost must be free. I need service as soon as possible . Because my laptop performance is getting low I am unable to study my 3ds software because of bad performance. Please help me as soon as possible Thank you

I don't know what they will say about cleaning your system. There could be many other reasons for your software not performing as it should. System/software updates, lack of sufficient memory, full hard drive, etc etc.

Also run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
