I recently bought HP 15s laptop . I tried to avail the Back to school offer . I submitted my student id proof . But my claim was put hold . I received a mail , stating the reason as - Session not mentioned on student id proof. What does this mean ? What are they asking me to submit?

@Swaths, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue regarding your claim related to your student ID proof. Here are some steps you can take to resolve it:

1. Verify Required Documents
Check Requirements: Review the guidelines for the claim to ensure you’ve uploaded all necessary documents. Sometimes specific formats or additional documents are required.

2. Correct Session Information
Session Mention: If your student ID doesn’t have the session mentioned, you may need to provide an official document that confirms your enrollment period. This could be:
An enrollment verification letter from your institution.
A current transcript showing your course dates.

3. Check Email for Updates
Email Confirmation: Keep an eye on your email for any further instructions or updates regarding your claim.

4. Resubmit Documents
Re-upload: If possible, try re-uploading the documents again. Sometimes system glitches can cause uploads to not go through properly.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
