Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I bought the omen 17-cb0007ng notebook and have plugged in a monitor and external keyboard to use it as s desktop replacement. I set it up so it is running when closed. 

How can I set it up to be starting up when I apply ac power to it so I do not have to open it up every time to press the power button.

 

My old notebook had a "state after power loss" in the bios where you can set this behaviour. How can I set it with this notebook?
