I purchased an HP Victus Gaming Laptop (Model: 16-r1156nw) in December 2024,

Since the first day of use, I have noticed that the screen hinges make a cracking noise every time I open or close the laptop. Additionally, one side of the hinge appears higher than the other, as if there’s a misalignment or possible assembly defect.

I would like to kindly ask:

Is this hinge issue covered under my factory warranty?

Thank you very much for your support.
