HP Recommended

I may be missing something here, but I bought this HP Victus 15 a few months ago. Everything was cool, runs great, it was going fine then it started to get slower and slower, resetting and removing some programs didn't help. Is there something I am missing in the OMEN app or somewhere else with a power plan, mainly when it is unplugged is when it really gets worse. Appreciate any comments.

Check task manager if something is using CPU. Dies this only happens in battery?
