Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0032dx

I bought my hp pavilion a year and a half ago and my ssd just crashed. After replacing it, I don't have my microsoft key to redownload office. Can anyone help?

You should have a Microsoft account.,  Go there to download office.  Log in using the email that your bought office with

Did you use the HP cloud recovery to recover all the original software?
