Product: Omen model 17 -ap092ms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having some problems with my keyboard, the letter "a'" doesn't work the "w" is also having some issues, and a few others are starting to have problems, whats is the best way to fix this?

You are going to have to replace the keyboard to fix it.

HP does sell that keyboard but its pricey. The parts list shows it has a US keyboard installed, but it might not be available if you are in Brazil.

Otherwise you will have to search the web for one of those 3rd party sellers to see what you can come up with.
