Hello Community Members,

 

I am in need for a solution, We have provided a laptop (OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000) with windows 10 installed. The user used the Laptop for Autocad, Creative Cloud application. Currently the Laptop drivers for Audio are not working. I Have tried to remove the drivers and restarted the Laptop. Still no luck, tried all the possbile drivers from the HP site, the sounds still not working. Can you please suggest.
