I had a problem in which my headphones plays sound on one side i checked aux port and sound card working 100% both i tested it in other devices it works both side trying updating drivers same thing

I reviewed your post and I understand that one side of the headphone is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
- Have you tested with other headphones on the computer?
- Are you getting sound from both the internal speakers on the computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
Right Click the little speaker near the clock - Playback devices - double click the Headphones - Levels tab - Balance <-- check left and right. Type Control Panel in Cortana's search box - look for an Audio Manager which likely has similar settings.
