Product: Example: Omen 15 DC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing an issue with my laptop audio output. While playing audio can't able to hear clear output from laptop speakers. It is audible with some noise and also output is coming from only one speaker instead of both.

Please run an Audio Test from F2 and let me know the outcome

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio
