Hi. I have a G7 ProBook 445 with Ryzen 7 4700.

Suddenly I got this error message 0x01A just a few hours after a win11 update.

After a few restarts , it's not reading the SSD drive pcle3 anymore. I tried format disk, part clean, and reinstall win11 from a usb but it doesn't work.

The bios diagnostics seem to see the SS drive, it says passed on the test, but it doesn't work.

After reinserting the SSD drive it seemed to work for a few minutes but now nothing. There is no c drive, it doesn't work.

Is my SSD drive dead or the issue is with the motherboard socket? I don't see any physical damage. The laptop is quite new, just a month of use.

How can I know where is the problem? Was the win11 just a coincidence or was responsible?

Should I try buying a new SSD drive? Or is the motherboard socket bad?

the SSD showed for a moment with size 0.

and now it's gone.

I also remember that the SSD drive showed up in the bios after reinserting it for a few minutes as Intel (plus just numbers and letters) but then showed size 0 in part disk and then dissapeared.

Help please
