Does anyone knows the storage slot available for OMEN Laptop 15-en0049AX and what is the limit for it? i heard there's an extra slot as i currently only have a 500GB and the limit of it is 1TB but there is an unconfirm source saying it may support 2TB. Anyone have idea to help me with this?

@zxrui

Its specs

The limit is huge but due to physical chips to fit to a 2280 format single sided board the common size is 2TB, I know vendors now have 4TB, for example

                https://www.ple.com.au/Products/643524/Corsair-MP400-4TB-NVMe-PCIe-M2-SSD-QLC

On the safe side, please use 2TB, not 4TB.

Regards.

That is the basic specification but does it offer second slot? I do know that certain manufacturer offer up to 4TB for M.2 2280 SSD but in the laptop manual the specification is only up to 1TB. Can you confirm that it can support second slot and support 2TB storage?

Thank you.
